Physiotherapy services are tailored to support both children and adults in improving movement, function, and participation across all stages of life. Care is individualized to each person’s unique needs, with a focus on building capacity, enhancing mobility, and supporting meaningful daily activities.

Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy for babies, children, and adults, provided at our home-based clinic in Ajax. Therapy focuses on alignment, breathing, core strength, and nervous system regulation, with 55-minute sessions that allow time for thorough assessment, hands-on treatment, and education. Sessions combine evidence-based physiotherapy with a broader understanding of the body’s interconnected systems, supporting physical function and overall balance. Please inquire to determine whether care at our Ajax home-based clinic is the right fit for you or your child.

Aquatic Therapy

Physiotherapy completed in the water at your home or at a community pool. Aquatic therapy supports movement, strength, and balance in a supportive water-based environment, helping to reduce load on the body while enhancing mobility, coordination, and confidence. Sessions are individualized and can support both rehabilitation and overall functional capacity. Sessions may take place in your private backyard pool or a community pool, depending on suitability and availability. Please inquire about aquatic therapy options and locations.

Let’s meet in the forest and have fun while building strength, balance, coordination, and confidence!  Sessions combine purposeful therapy with fresh air, natural terrain, and opportunities for play, helping movement feel meaningful and enjoyable. Virtual Ballet Practice

Virtual Physiotherapy

Virtual physiotherapy provides flexible access to care from the comfort of your home. Sessions are conducted through a secure video platform and can include assessment, guided exercise, caregiver coaching, and equipment review. Virtual services are often helpful for follow-up visits, home program progression, consultation, or when travel is not feasible. This format allows ongoing support while maintaining continuity of care.

In-Home Physiothearpy

Available for children and adults. Service areas include Pickering, Ajax, Whitby and Oshawa from Lake Ontario north to Highway 7. In-home physiotherapy services are available for children and adults, bringing care directly to you so therapy can take place in the environment where daily life happens. Please inquire about availability for locations outside this area.

Fees and billing

Physiotherapy services are provided by a Registered Physiotherapist and follow current professional fee guidelines. Session length is designed to allow adequate time for assessment, treatment, education, and individualized care planning.
