NeuroAlchemy Wellness grew naturally from my work as a physiotherapist and my belief that healing is rarely one-dimensional.
After many years working in pediatric and neuromuscular rehabilitation, along with my own lived experience of neurological symptoms and subsequent brain surgery for an Arnold Chiari malformation, I came to recognize that there is often a deeper dimension to healing that can be overlooked. Movement, participation, and well-being are shaped not only by the body, but also by the nervous system, the environment, relationships, and the experiences carried within us.
NeuroAlchemy represents the culmination of this understanding—an approach that prioritizes nervous system well-being while supporting individuals in alchemizing challenges into expansion, resilience, and growth.
Starting NeuroAlchemy has allowed me to continue growing professionally while creating a practice that is flexible, responsive, and aligned with my values. It has given me the freedom to explore care in a more comprehensive way and the autonomy to design services that reflect the dynamic and evolving needs of the people and families I serve.
At its core, NeuroAlchemy was born from a desire to integrate traditional rehabilitation with emerging, holistic approaches that support the whole person. Over time, my work has expanded to include a broader understanding of healing—one that recognizes the interconnected nature of the body, mind, spirit, and nervous system.
NeuroAlchemy represents both continuity and growth. It carries forward years of clinical experience while opening the door to new ways of supporting movement, participation, and quality of life.
Come awaken the flow within.
